It's OK as when you log out and log in again the date does change. Tried it myself this morning. :)

ah i have set it to my favourites after i typed in my pass word so i skip the password bit another little glitch?

The 1999 date is the ‘last logged in’ date so defaults to the first date known about. This sets itself on the 2nd time of logging in
